I'm Tierra Nichole—a Charleston, SC native with over 20 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience, and a deep passion for organizational growth, community impact, and meaningful engagement. I currently serve as an Accounts Analyst at the Medical University of South Carolina and am pursuing a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology to further support team development and workplace culture.

Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives that focus on strategic operations, event coordination, and empowering individuals through accessible programming. In 2022, I launched a business coaching initiative and conference series to help first-generation entrepreneurs build strong foundations and maximize their potential. In 2023, I founded The Ivy League Association, a nonprofit dedicated to equipping under-resourced youth with essential life skills and leadership tools.

As a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, I bring energy, purpose, and a collaborative spirit to every project I touch. I’m passionate about creating environments where people and ideas thrive—whether through thoughtful event planning, community engagement, or organizational leadership.
